October = Pumpkins

Sunday we went to The Pumpkin Patch on Sauvie's Island. We went to 1) celebrate the autumn season 2) gather decor for our home fall-scape and 3) visit our dear friends, Nate and Lacey. Nate and Lacey work at the concession stands because the owner of this particular patch goes to Lacey's church. We had a fabulous time between yummy treats (corn on the cob, mochas, and hot dogs), a hay ride, pumpkin picking, and finally a trip through the grocery store where I bought a cart load of fresh farm goodies (celery, eggplant, corn, onions and of course, pumpkins)!
